Amazing place. Ran into some issues while traveling home to VT from NYC, and despite the opportunity to take advantage of us in a significant way, these mechanics were incredibly honest and found the simple solution to the issue and charged accordingly. Had a full transmission rebuild on my 2014 GMC Sierra. Bobby and Jason are extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to me. I was very satisfied with their work and they gave me a 100,000 mile warranty on their work. They also very kindly offered me a no cost rental vehicle to use while my truck was worked on for a week.Service: Transmission replacement

I had high hopes for York. Unfortunately, 3 engines later, they will take no responsibility for their mistakes. They insist on blaming the engine manufacturer they recommended instead of themselves. It's never their fault. Furthermore, they continued to call me, a male client, instead of my mom, who actually owns the vehicle. Do I smell sexism here? Do not use York. Dishonest and sexist. They are what Consumer Reports calls "part repairers." Furthermore, after some fixes, my vehicle's brakes locked on I-84 in CT. No empathy whatsoever. I could've died. Would York have told my wife it wasn't their fault? Bottom line: after 14000 spent on my 2007 Hummer H3x, York couldn't fix the problem. They continue to blame everyone but themselves.

I purchased a vehicle from the establishment. In the previous records it showed two remote keys were at hand in the original sale. Yet when I purchased the vehicle I only received one. On numerous occasions I have had vandalism and items stolen from the vehicle. I went back on many occasions only to have my windshield replaced with one that was chipped. The warranty has since ran out. I will be contacting law enforcement regarding the matter. As the are fully aware of whom has the other key. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this dealer. Excellent and truely professional dealership. Mike, the owner, is awesome at making sure all the paperwork is done legally, correctly and quickly. The cars are of good quality and roadworthy right off the lot. I bought 3 cars here in past 7 years and I have no fear of driving back home to New Jersey all 116 miles using rt 95 in what I bought . Thank you for your hard work in keeping a good reputation York Auto Sales. Worth the trip ??

Great job on my mountaineer, a while back I had a transmission problem and it's turned out to be a small problem when they could have easily said I needed a transmission and I would've bought one, by the way I didn't have a problem since ,anyway these guys are HONEST & , they saved me a ton of money, I recommend them highly,
