I had a fantastic experience buying new skates. Sean was able to get me in a pair of skates where my feet don’t hurt thanks to him manipulating the boot. It was a great experience and i am happy!

My old figure skates did not fit after foot surgery. When the cold weather finally arrived I was anxious to get out on a frozen pond. On a Saturday morning the store was very busy, but I had excellent service and an expert fitting. I've been pond skating for more than 50 years and this skate shop has always been my go- to place. I don't mind spending when I find what I want and get good service.

I highly recommend this store for their customer service. You could save a few dollars at a box store/online, but when you leave with the right gear that is properly fitted the first time at a fair price you can’t go wrong with Whitie Bensen. Thank you Brian for your help today with our twin boys and their hockey gear.

whitey Bensons is honest - I remember when I was purchasing hockey equipment for my young son (mites) - Whitey informed me the items I was holding were to " high end" for a beginner, thus reducing the cost for me, and reducing sale amount for him ! his Honesty was appreciated !

As a lacrosse player, I can’t think of a better place to get my gear at a good price. When I was in a pinch and I needed a helmet they thoroughly described the design of each helmet and gave a great price. Also, their stringing service is impeccable as I have had 9 heads strung and they all feel great!
