I had to get two new toilet seats. I was able to bring in the caps for them to get the specific color. Service was excellent.

Outstanding experience at White's!We are gutting and redoing an entire bathroom. We got amazing service from Scott. His knowledge of products, advice, and patience with all our questions were truly appreciated. I have very high standards in terms of customer service--and he consistently exceeded them. Got right back to me, EVERY time, with answers to all my questions. Highly recommend White's Plumbing!

These guys are great if you need to make a DIY repair. They will assist and guide you through most of your questions. Reasonable prices, very knowledgeable. Go here instead of Home Depot for your plumbing parts, you'll be glad you did.

I emailed to try to get plumbing supplies after buying directly from the manufacturer in England. He kept alluding to the fact that we bought from some shady place online. They are British fittings. I lived there for 7 years so I do know from experience. Just an absolutely condescending person. This is the 3rd time we have bought these and the fittings that make it work with US plumbing were missing. Really a disappointing and maddening experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to get bathroom fixtures, shower door and toilet for new bathroom. I walk in and see two men sitting behind a desk chatting, 2 others standing and talking to each other. The men sitting see me walk in, don't acknowledge me at all. I look around and wait to see if they are even going to say hello...NOPE! It was not busy...maybe 2 other people in there and not even a hello to them...I walk through out the store looking at the fixtures and still no-one approached me. I walk right by the two workers chatting on my way out - nothing!I will never recommend or spend my money in such an awful establishment. These were not young kids earning extra money, these were grown men working there who couldn't be bothered. Who ever owns this business better start paying attention to how customers are treated. HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STORE!!

They have horrible customer service. They dont help homeowners when they have questions. They make you wait. Even though their sales people stand there joking with each other. I ordered a vanity, they said it will be in December 15. It arrived January 26th. They also dont take returns even though it says on the receipt that they do. very disappointed after spending 6500 dollars with them. Will never go back! Avoid this place.

If you know someone behind the counter they will help you. They left this woman standing there and would not help her. They took care of their friends first. The people at counter have always been high on themselves. I will not do business with a company that treats people like this. They think they are better then you. They are real Scumbags.

Ordered two Toto toilets on Oct 7. Called three weeks later to check on the status and was told 7-10 days more. It's now Nov 21 and was told 7+ days more. IF they come in it will have been nearly 2 months. They wouldn't have even contacted me if I didn't call. Just ridiculous.

Went to white plumbing to buy gas furnace the older Spanish gentleman discourage me from buying from whites plumbing gave me his brother number and encourage me to call him to get a cheaper price and install. I’m like wow all I want is furnance

I was in need of a kitchen faucet, not knowing where to go I visited Bender plumbing. What a joke. I entered their showroom and was told by the greeter, that it was going to be quite awhile before I could sit down with an associate. I again, reminded the woman all I want to do is pick out and purchase a faucet. She wouldn't let me do that. Insisting I be helped by salesperson. I left the store very annoyed and found myself at Whites plumbing. A very nice man, Scott helped me. He didn't want to SELL me anything more than what I was there for. The experience at Whites was perfect. I ended up spending a but more, but I didn't care. Scott made my experience a very happy satisfied one. I love my faucet and I will never go to any other plumbing store. A great big thank you to Scott.

We are from out of town and needed a fitting for an old garbage disposal. The local hardware referred us. We could not believe all the supplies in the store. The gentleman taking care of us was excellent! Thank you!!!

I got prompt service also a gentleman with the long hair whose tree fell in his yard from the storm gave me very good information on what to do to swap the diverter and it worked great everything is in place I appreciate white's plumbing and all the workers A+.
