It's a pretty big place and the people seem nice, but it's very busy a lot of the time. They only have two employees when there's six or more customers in line. Sometimes, an employee has to man the drive through window and act as a teller at the same time. Before they say they're short staffed or understaffed, don't be so picky as to who you hire, maybe that's why you're understaffed and short staffed. That's why people get annoyed, people have things to do, places to go, schedules, etc.

West Haven Wells Fargo ATM machines are always broken or out of money. For the past week, the drive-up machine is out of service. These are new machines. Frustrating :(

I am very grateful for this branch and the staff members there, specially Nicole, on various occasions I needed assistance while in process on purchasing my home, she was so helpful,polite and friendly I have not seen excellent customer service like that in a very long time. Thank you for great customer service.

I visited this Wells Fargo branch to solve a problem and the manager Nicole Jackson helped me out without a problem. I was completely satisfied and I was helped with everything I needed. I would 100% come back to this location and tell others to come here as well. Thank you Wells Fargo!

The stars are for Nicole and a few other employees that unfortunately their names have slipped my mind at the moment, but I'll take care of that ASAP. Because it's been hard enough before COVID getting true or even respectfully customer service, much less lately with the pandemic. But no matter what changes, good or bad Nicole and her team ALWAYS STAYS TRYING TO ACCOMMODATE AND AID THEIR CUSTOMERS. AND ALWAYS SO PATIENT, AND I KNOW I CAN'T BE THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT FEELS THIS WAY. THEIR AWESOME, BUT MORE OVER THEIR HAVE BEEN AND STILL ARE A BLESSING TO ME AND MY BABY. THERE SHOULD BE MORE BANKERS LIKE THEMPs I also appreciate Sasha! Naydalis, and Leon. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

To be honest the manager Nicole is amazing. She deserves a raise or a job higher up in the company. I am shocked at how amazing her knowledge and customer service is. She knows everything and is prepared to help me any time. Nicole is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is simply amazing at what she does. I highly recommend Nicole for anyone. She is the best worker at Wells Fargo.
