As someone who works here myself currently. I would personally not send my child to this daycare. The management is extremely unprofessional. A child will be at a temperature of 100 or above and the directors will ask questions like if they've been crying, just woke up from a nap, etc, and will come up withexcuses to not call a parent to notify that their child has a high temperature. Recently our Director Sarah left for vacation for a week and three employees quit that same week. During that week, I was sick they noticed on the cameras that I wasn't looking good and had decided to send me home, they told me to wait in the classroom until someone came to relieve me. The front desk lady, Brenda came into the room and told me unfortunately I could not besent home due to short staff. As a staff member myself I could collectively say for all staff Themanagement talks bad about families and about other staff members.

Hi I actually used to go here when I was in elementary school now I finally had the courage to speak up about what this place did to me as a child. Not only were both directors incredibly mean to me the one that I believe name was Jen attempted to mentally and emotionally manipulate me several times. I’d come home with the scars and bruises and when my mom decide to talk to them about it they did nothing simply because one of the directors daughters was the one bullying me. Although this was a couple years ago my friend has a sibling that goes there and they’re being severely bullied right now and nothing is being done about it. It makes me sick just thinking about it, I suffered from depression an early age because of the tournament, fo not bring your kid here.

Worst experience ever! I’m a single mother and was referred to this daycare and one thing I wish was that I never contacted back. To start when I first try to get him into the school I filled out all the paperwork which took me about 45minutes to an hour. Now my son is put on a wait list which isn’t to bad cause there are only 2 kids head so he’d be enrolled in about 2 weeks. Two weeks go by and I call the daycare all of a sudden all of the paperwork I filled out is all missing.... where did the paperwork go ? And now I have to reapply so that’s another 45 minutes to an hour, and another 3 weeks with no daycare for my child. Ok but it doesn’t end there... payments are made every monday. It is my responsibility to pay and that I agreed on, but being a single mother of two boys with other bills I asked if they can work with me for a little, I had just got back to work after being told 6 weeks ago my son could have been enrolled so it was kind of tough. Everyone goes through their own problems but the answer was a flat out NO. So I’m making these payments some days a little late but it’s still paid. I am not the only parent with an balance due. And even when I did have a balance due it was for no more than 2 weeks and I made sure it got paid. Now my son is currently unenrolled in the daycare hasn’t told me anything. The day my son got picked up he got picked up about 15 minutes late they said he can not return to school. My account balance this week was 91.00 plus a late fee... what about everyone else that owes more than me whose kids can still freely attend the daycare without being pressed about their tuition. Never will I ever recommend this daycare to any of my friends or family, the service that I got as a parent was beyond my belief. The director Rude, nasty attitudes, unorganized, stuck up. Do not send your kid(s) here worst experience ever !!!!!!!!

Horrible director Mary martini. Very rude, inconsiderate, phony, and stuck up!!! She needs to go!! Main reason why I pulled my child and because of the high cost! One word... RUN! there are much better providers who are most cost effective and personable. They’re all about a buck!

My child has been with Tutor Time in West Haven since she was 8 months old and is now 3 and entering their school readiness program. Their managing staff is very organized and is a wonderful team, always willing to and able to answer any questions that I have had or address any of my concerns in a caring professional way. Being I went from a foster parent to an adoptive parent I may have needed more assistance than some, and I am so grateful for their support and guidance thru that important time in my life. When I drop my child off each day I feel she is safe and secure in their care which makes for an easier commute as I head off to my full time job. Not to mention the wonderful breakfast and lunch she is served each day and the unlimited amount of fun she has in the class rooms and on the playground.Thank you Mary, Donna, Jen, and Jeff for doing such a great job and working well together to keep Tutor Time in West Haven the best learning facility around.Sincerely,Lisa R
