I happened to drive past and decided to pull in on a whim and I’m SO happy I did! Ms. Mercado was the first to greet me. She made me feel very welcome. She was incredibly friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. As they began working on my car, they let me know there was some additional maintenance I was going to need but that I absolutely did not have to do it today. They accepted my answer when I declined the additional services at this time. No judgement or pressure to do it. Their prices were great and they offer financing if you need! Start to finish (assessing car, taking my info, replacing 2 tires and an alignment) was done in a little over an hour with no appointment as well!I’m truly so happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. “My family and I have used Marshalls for every mechanical issue I can remember for many years. There are at least 3 of us individual drivers and car owners who use Marshalls. We have always been completely satisfied. They always know what they are doing. They always make good use of their time. They are so honest that one time they advised the car wasn't worth the repairs we were seeking-they could see it would need too many additional repairs in the very near future! If money was their primary concern, just think how much profit they could have made if they had kept quiet and just gone ahead and started with that first repair. I recommend them without reservation and I'm sure my other family members would do so as well. They are very knowledgeable , hardworking, honest experts who are also extremely courteous and peasant and I'm sure you will be satisfied if you utilize them.”

“I stopped in to get tires and was taken care of immediately. Manager was attentive and upsold me on everything to make sure my tires will be good for the life of my car. Staff in the back took care of my vehicle and Macho was a great help in pointing out problems made by another car repair place I've unfortunately used. The guys in there actually seem like they care about your concerns more than upsells. I went in for a rim and tire change, which is not a major service, but they treated it with the utmost importance and care and had me back on the road in less than an hour. The waiting room was warm and clean. I was able to charge my cell phone and was able to listen in while they were working with other customers and truly going over what the customers' concerns were and not trying to push upsales.Good job, boys!”
