Service and the staff were great but it was ridiculously overpriced. I paid $145 for an oil change, that’s crazy. I’ll just do it myself if that’s what they cost now. I don’t know who can afford to do that a few times a year for something you could do at home but it ain’t me! Like I said, staff were great, helpful and quick, if it was cheaper I would go back.

The crew at Take 5 were a pleasure, got me in and out in no time. Service was great and the price of the oil change was reasonable. I will be back for my next oil change for sure.

This place is amazing the staff greet you with a fresh bottle of water and you don't have get out of your vehicle I was in and out in minutes ? the staff there are awesome in less than 24 hours I had 3 of my vehicles oil change at Take 5 ) Orange Ave.West Haven CT. aka RT. 1-Boston Post Rd. There's no outrageous line because you are in and out so fast with quality work done ✅

Very confused by this place. Great job. ButPricing and sales pitch was weird. After I paid I was told the very oil I bought was a completely different price. I was charged $51.99 while the special was $39.99 (might have been ($34.99) made no sense to me. Didn’t feel like getting into it as I had a coupon and it brought the price down but it seemed very deceptice and confusing and I’m not talking about the extra fee for the Additonal quart

Stopped here the other day for a quick oil change and I’m so glad I did. Samuel and Eric serviced my vehicle and they did an amazing job. Not only we’re they quick and thorough but they were knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Samuel and Eric, see you again in 5k miles!

This is my first time using Take5 but I absolutely loved it. I will be using y’all from now on even tho it is much more expensive than other oil changing company’s.The staff that works at the Boston Post Rd., West Haven Connecticut location were absolutely amazing. They topped off all of my fluids and told me every step of what they were doing. They checked my tires as well. They also told me that for three months I would have free fluid top off’s.Two hours after I had my car serviced at this location my tire pressure light came on so I did stop back by Take 5 Oil Change and have it checked. The team there, especially Lee, was absolutely amazing. They checked my tires and informed me that the valve cover was actually deformed and was letting air out of my tire. I’m extremely grateful that Lee took the time to check my tires and figure out what was going on. As a single mother and disabled Veteran things are tough, but they made me feel so safe.I’m extremely happy with the services and customer service I received here. I 100% will be recommending Take5 in West Haven, CT to everyone I know.Thank you all for the time, commitment, knowledge, kindness, and courtesy you showed. Twice now on two cars, the owner and staff have delivered an experience far above what my wife and I have experienced and expected after 40 years of getting our cars serviced. As soon as I arrived to get an oil change, I was provided with a warm welcome and a nice cold bottle of water. There after was given royal treatment while sitting in my car and getting my oil changed. Great team work between Lee and the oil tech. Was in and out.

This was great. I call where I usually go I was told I would need to leave my car there all-day. Went to Take 5 after church. Pulled my car in at 12:30pm, oil change completed at 12:45pm. Did not get out of my car. Get my information and I was done. Nice experience, polite staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Take 5. From the second I pulled up I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water. Every single person I interacted with there was kind and pleasant. They explained everything that was being done and I was in and out with an oil change and new wipers within 15 min. After previously calling around and being told I would have to wait until next week, I was pleasantly surprised to find Take 5 and even more pleased with the level of service provided. I’ll definitely be back to this location next time I’m in CT.
