Mr. Jay @ RPM is professional and explains everything that needs to be done, also has detailed billing information broken down so you can understand pricing. He was recommended to me by another mechanic-I was told it was head gasket by a few people but he checked it out and found out it was the oil cooler. I am very happy with the service and my daughter had her car back the next day.

This place is great IF you want to end up with a worse car and pay unexplainable amounts of money .. the gumps that work there are unprofessional drunks and undesirables the owner finds around the clinics . And will ruine your car more the it all ready is . And charge you . It’s sad to say that’s what they do to poor woman in that place . In other words they are trash!

I have a 2007 Ford Freestar that had stopped shifting properly so I brought it to RPM transmissions.mike,the owner was friendly and told me that the car needed a transmission rebuild and that it would cost $2200 dollars.Four days later I received the car back and all was fine.The car worked well for about a month and then suddenly stopped moving.I had the car towed(at mt exspense back to RPM transmission.It sat there for two weeks and I was told that it was an engine computer and not the transmission.Four hundred dollars and a new computer later the car was no better.Another two weeks and I get a call saying that they couldn't find the issue with the transmission.Now even though I have a full warranty they install a used transmission and want to charge an additional nine hundred dollars.Then they bargained it down to two hundred so that they could pay their mechanic that came in on the weekend to do the work.Then Mike(the owner)proceeded to scream and yell at me for almost ten minutes.When I finally got in the van to drive it away there was a heavy smell of marijuania.They must have smoked in the van while they were test driving it.I am(was) a repeat customer and will never reccommend any one to RPM.

Terrible service. Constantly lies says working on transmission but isn’t putting in used parts from wherever you can find in the shop to put into the truck. Three times the truck has been in the shop and nothing has been repaired. If you’re looking for a real mechanic for your transmission please save yourself some grief and don’t come here. When the police were phones they said they’ve had a lot of run-ins with this particular company so take some heed in that and do not come get anything service tear or you’ll have nothing but headaches
