My phlebotomist Shamayne was great! She was very kind and patient, she completely set me at ease while she was drawing my blood. Her pace was great before I knew it she was done and I was all set to leave. She absolutely made my patient experience at quest very pleasant!

Nobody can ever draw my husband’s blood. They always have trouble but not at Quest. They were
clean , professional, courteous, and convenient.
If I had this survey a year ago it would’ve been a whole different story but they have definitely changed for the best.
