I just left here with my nails unpainted and a cut bleeding on my thumb. Nothing was done for me after the girl doing my nails sliced me after being rough with my hand because HER gel lamp dried all my nails weird and she had to restart painting. I do not recommend this place anymore!

I've been going to Pro Nails for about 5 or 6 years now my nail tech is Bernice. She's very professional and well experienced anytime I come to her with a design she always gets it dead right very friendly and funny we can chat the whole time and laugh very down-to-earth and her station is always very clean she always make sure that I'm happy when I leave she's just awesome!!

I visited Pro Nails recently for a regular manicure and pedicure, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. While the nail technicians were friendly and courteous, the service itself was lacking.Specifically, I was expecting a full manicure and pedicure, including cuticle care, moisturizing, proper dead skin removal and polish application. Also she finished my manicure in just 15 mins. However, the technicians only performed nail shaping, and polish application without addressing the other aspects of the service that also not properly.For the price, I expected a more comprehensive experience. While the nail shaping was done well, I left feeling disappointed and unsure if I would return.
Perhaps Pro Nails could consider revising their service menu to accurately reflect what they offer, or provide additional training to their technicians to ensure customers receive the full experience they expect.I hope this feedback is helpful, and I look forward to seeing improvements in the future.

I booked a gel manicure for $30 on their website. When I went into the store, I discussed potential designs with the nail tech and she said she could do it. Since this was my first gel manicure and first visit to this salon, I didn't think this would cost anything extra since there is no indication of it costing extra when you click "gel manicure" on the website, and they didn't tell me it would cost extra during the manicure, so at the end of the visit, they charged me $53. Besides taking advantage of new customers, the nail tech was on her phone the whole time and didn't clean anything between clients. When I talked to the management, they failed to remedy the problem. Would not recommend this nail salon.

Overall they do a great job but everytime I go one of the nail techs named Cindy always gives me an evil glare and then talks about me in Spanish to her co-workers..

I came here to do a pedicure and manicure. They had some man do it, who clearly was not capable. The store was about to close and it was only him, me, and a customer waiting on a ride. I took out 100 dollars because they prefer cash. My nails were 85, I gave him 100 in 20s. He slipped a 20 under the counter and told me I was short. I said I just took 100 out of the ATM ,I have the receipt. You can check the cameras. Miracously he located the 20 missing dollars. Go at your own risk but I will never go somewhere like this again . The man spent the whole time I was there profiling me, asking questions about my work etc. Perhaps this is why he thought he could scam me. It's pitiful, disgusting and nasty. Becareful if you go here, also give the bills individually. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he is in between the age of 38-50.
