Very poor customer service. I asked prior to my appointment if the designs I wanted could be fulfilled and they told me yes. When getting to my designs I realized they did not know how to do them so I asked that they were done over until my satisfaction very politely. The manager then started rushing on my nails and catching attitudes with me following with saying “I’m very patient but with you I’m not patient anymore.” The designs were three lines to make a flower, it wasn’t anything time consuming. Very rude. As a nail artist you should look forward to trying new designs and getting out of your comfort zone with grace and understanding that your clients are paying you for a GOOD service.

I can agree that the paint jobs are sloppy and they don’t shape your nails well at all! This was my first time getting my nails done and the nail tech was kinda rude and seemed like she was rushing.
My nails are so un even and everything about it is just sloppy. I will not be coming back to this place and will take my money elsewhere.

Have been coming here for at least the last 6 months faithfully every 2 weeks for a refill and gel pedi. I easily spend 100 or more and tip very well, unfortunately I will NEVER give these greedy people my money any more. There are workers who do mediocre work here and when you ask them to fix it they make it seem like you’re wrong for wanting a decent nail job. This has happened to me twice and will NEVER happen again. They can’t do a basic French, paint jobs are sloppy and they do not shape your nails well. you might as well save your MONEY AND TIME and go to a place who values their customers.
The only reason I gave ONE star is because the younger girl who works there is the only one who people actually want to do their nails which makes her super busy all the time. If she wasn’t there it would be 0 stars.

I won’t be coming here again. I asked for gel French on my toes and clear pink gel full set. My pedicure looks rushed with gaps in the line at the top. The man who did my full set left them with all different lengths and crooked when I asked him to fix it he said it was because my natural nails were different lengths. How was that possible when he clipped my natural nails to make them even underneath. I opted to keep my color simple with no design because the test design looked horrible. Lastly , I asked to get my eyebrows done slight arch not too skinny which is what I always ask for wherever I go. They said they couldn’t do it because my eyebrows be a they were to straight. It was a disappointing experience. This all came to $110. All of this to just have to go across the street to pro nails to get my eyebrows done by someone confident in what they are doing. I was also tempted to get my toenails redone there as well. I will be going to pro nails moving forward.Services: Nail extensions
