Miguel saved me on a drive home from a vacation. Our alternator belt blew on US15 and his team had a replacement and the car fixed within a couple hours. Great team and Monro definitely earned a life long customer.

I stopped in to have my car looked at.I was surprised to see Vin behind the counter.I used to go to the Woodbridge Monro until he left.I haven't found a service center I trust since then.Thank you for bringing him back to me.

Went in for a routine oil change and they did the free inspection and told me my battery was something to keep an eye on. Ok, fine. But the guy then basically scolded me for not replacing it sooner because they told me about this on my last visit. Which I promise you, they did not. He told me this is why I might have had issues with starting my car. I haven’t, actually, never had a problem at all!
But whatever, doesn’t matter. I’ll look at replacing it soon. So I leave and run an errand on the way home and when I go to get in my car again, guess what? It doesn’t start. The battery is dead.
I call them, since I had just left, because it’s weird that I never had a problem and suddenly it doesn’t start the very first time after I leave, right? They do come out and jump start my car and I bring it back. The guy then prints out some notes supposedly from a previous visit where it was indicated that my battery was having issues. I am suspicious, but what am I supposed to do? I don’t want this to happen again, I don’t want to be stranded, so I buy a new battery. They charge me over $100 just for labor when it takes them barely 20 minutes to put it in. For a car that literally never had a problem before I brought it that morning.
I keep all my car maintenance receipts. I went home and looked at the most recent receipt and there is nothing about the battery in the notes and it’s marked as good, no indication whatsoever it’s having a problem. So I don’t know what happened there, but it’s definitely suspicious. Don’t trust these guys.

Went for oil change grease was on the hood inside of the handle. They are very sloppy and messy. I see why they are always sitting around doing nothing.

I had my tires changed and a wheel alignment. I wish they paid more attention to detail. I had a badly rusted rim and instead of putting that rim back on the spare in the trunk they put it back on my car. I wish they took the time out to call and consult with me about what I wanted to do instead of putting it back on the car. Little attention to details like that would have made me give a higher rating. I also never received a call about my car being finished, but was informed that they would call when finished so my car was sitting there for about 4 hours until I finally went up there and noticed the car was done.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Completely unhelpful and unwilling to simply do their jobs. Showed up for my appointment and was told I missed a phone call from them saying that they didn’t have the equipment to fix my AC but I had an appointment for my brakes which was cancelled by them. When I asked to have my brakes looked at anyways they said there was not enough time and to come back another day. I then asked how much time it would take for diagnostics for the brakes, to which they replied a half hour. Why allow online appointments to be booked at 6:00 if you won’t do the work then?? Why would an hour not be enough time to do a half hour’s worth of work??? Can someone explain that math to me???? If I have an appointment an hour before closing (which is allowed an encouraged by your website), I should be able to have work done during that appointment. Overall a waste of time that was met with unhelpful service.
