I reserved a taxi to HVN on their website and got a text that it was confirmed. I waited at the given time, but nobody showed up, and no text was sent regarding the taxi's status. About 10 minutes in, I downloaded the M7 app and learned that even though I had booked my ride in advance, no driver was assigned to me -- and they didn't even send a text saying so. It's totally unacceptable to operate this way, particularly when you are promoted by HVN as an option given their restriction on Uber.

Booked 24 hours in advance, called to make sure and someone in another country answered the line. They don’t have drivers. Thank the universe for Lyft. I’ll stick with them

Feel free to use this service if you don't need to be on time, if you love inconsistency, if you like rude drivers or if you enjoy being double charged. Bonus points if you like waiting 20-30 minutes to speak to a supervisor who promises to call you back but never does!

Lately my ride with m-7 has been anxiety plus cuz my ride has been late for a week now. I have a ride tomorrow 3/3 I pray they are on time. You can't get through after a certain time. Otherwise .y ride is great. See how it goes in the morning 3/3/23. !!!! Until tomorrow.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Made an appt 24 hours in advance for a handicap van/transport. NEVER SHOWED and when I called them they said sorry they can’t find a driver and couldn’t say when they’d be able too. An hour later I called again and they still couldn’t provide an update. Luckily I was able to find another company with a handicap van. AVOID UNLESS YOUR OK WITH NO SHOWS!!

Charged an out of town friend $48 for a 2 mile ride today... Claimed meter was broken and it was a flat rate... Absolutely shameless.

Zero. Horrible experience , we arranged a taxi the day before and he arrived 40 minutes late and said they had not notified him until the time we were suppers to be picked up! And. He was 40 minutes away . So not his fault . Called M7 and they said they cannot guarantee a taxi even if you set it up in advance . Do Not Use Them . Period . Aweful.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I made an appt to be picked up by a handicap van the day before for 12 noon the following day. The van never showed so I called at 12:15 to find out they couldn't find a driver and could not tell me when I'd be picked up. At 1pm they called back to say they still hadn't find a driver. Luckily I was able to find another company with a handicap van.DO NOT MAKE AN APPT - They will not show up for pickup and will tell you they don't know when they'll be there.

Worst company ever....to work for and as a customer. To work there, you are micromanage by the queen herself the VP Isabelle. She also loves to bully you and loves drama. Let's not mention her sidekick Cassie. That child needs Jesus. As a customer the drivers are rude, some not all and always on the phone. Yale ordered a cab for my daughter and I and they were late and the driver ran 2 red lights. I told the driver to let me out because I felt unsafe and his driving was horrible. This driver said no and he had the child locks on. Long story short, I made a complaint with Yale because M7 will lie and say the cameras do not work or the driver is going to retraining class. Take Uber or lyft because this company sucks. You have been warned.

My girlfriend had a very important appointment for physical therapy to try to to get her to walk again. The wheelchair van was supposed to have been here between 11:44AM - 12:15PM for the 1:00 PM appointment. We called Metro Taxi at 12:20PM, to find out where the taxi was and the operator didn't know, but the driver would be there shortly. At 12:50PM (10 minutes before the appointment which was 15 minutes away) we called the driver who said that he was still on a job, but was 4 miles away, and since he couldn't arrive on time, we cancelled. We then called Metro Taxi and the operator could not seem to understand why we cancelled or comprehend that the driver couldn't make it on time and that she had to cancel her appointment. If you have to use this company for an important appointment, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
