First time try them and its gonna be the last time , the way they folding the clothes its very bad its looks like a 5 years old child did it
And they dont do the socks together

I came here one day because the one I usually go to was closed. When I get here, the guy who owns it said they don't take cash, coins and staff has no access to change. I was saying to myself "Are you kidding me?!". I called before I came, the guy was nice on the phone, but not so nice when I got there. They should tell people they don't take cash or coins or post it. Ridiculous. I don't live around the corner and I don't have access to a vehicle, I had to take a bus. I was close to hyperventilating.

Very angry, they still were advertised being open 24/7 ALL days. Got here with dirty laundry and can’t even wash, very disappointed

Had a 5 star experience! First time here and as a non frequent laundry mat user I was clueless. The gentleman that was working, Steve, was interuppted by me at least 6 times throughout my visit and was pleasant and friendly every single time with a smile. If you see him, give him a high-5!!

this is my goto laundry always machines available, friendly customer service the laundry attendant Shawn was very helpful to me on my last visit my car battery died and he went out of his way to help me get my car back running i’ll always appreciate that definitely need more customer service like that. the best! thank you!!

Was in a jam with just getting back from out of state. 3 teenagers make alot of dirty laundry. Rashawn was so respectful, kind and professional from the minute I walked into the business! Got the laundry back perfect! Was folded perfectly and wrapped like a professional laundromat! A+ highly recommend them. Btw the place in general was clean! Very good business. Keep it up!

Tonight was my first night going to this laundromat called laundromax and the customer services was spot on. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name to include in this review but it was the guy with to puffs in his hair. Thank you so much for the help you gave. I appreciated it very much. Other than the excellently service the place was clean and very organized. Dryer and washers well kept.

If you like your car, your clothes, the jacket you have on smelling like weed this is the place for you, employees smoke weed on the job, really sad because it seems the place could be a nice establishment, new machines, they keep it clean, but when you have someone being stupid, it ruins everything, plus the guy was a creep, followed me so close, I thought I was going to have to defend myself

My husband and I are no longer coming here, are card chip apparently burnt out with money still on the card and the worker there told me I can get a new card next time I go but I lost the $20 on the card. Horrible customer service.

Yessi is simply amazing from getting a new card to helping me start my washer had no idea what I was doing if it wasn’t for her. will definitely recommend and will look forward to coming back again
