The service department staff, particularly DJ, made me feel completely at ease during my recent visit for a recall issue. They also assisted with another problem I had been experiencing. Although I often find dealerships intimidating, my experiences—from purchasing my car to servicing it—have consistently been positive.

My husband and I had the best experience at harte nissan. We were in need of a car quick.
Carlos was amazing and talked us through owning and leasing. We weren't able to lease and mike and Carlos didn't give up, they found a nissan rogue that would work for us. We left the dealership in our 2021 rogue.

I just bought a new Nissan Rogue platinum with the chestnut interior . Outstanding and even better than on commercial TV- very high end deluxe leather and two tone magnificent. Sammie was so helpful and got us the exact car we were looking for. We are a Nissan family- the fifth Nissan we have bought and LOVE this one

If I could describe this place in two words— UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT. I’ve known for years this place is bad, but they had a car I wanted and I did some research on. I was hopeful I’d be in and out and didn’t want to deal with the sales person act. You should stay away from this place and ESPECIALLY the used car side! Neil had my credit ran before I even agreed to purchase. If he picked up the phone, he’d know I didn’t want to finance with them. Communication is mediocre throughout this entire business. I had to show up in person to get any questions answered. Receptionist at the used car side pretty much confirmed Neil is bad for business when she said all he does is watch cartoons all day. Meanwhile, people are trying to reach him with questions.
Kenneth, the finance manager, will talk you up a storm UNTIL you purchase— then you’ll never hear from him again. He barely responded when I had an issue with the payoff check taking 3 weeks even though he told me the check would be expedited.
Too many bad things to say and nothing good to say honestly. The used car world is a sketchy one, and this is just another one of those hurry up and buy dealerships. You will only ever be a dollar sign to these people and that’s so sad.

Working with Janice in sales was an absolute pleasure. She was so patient, polite, and LISTENED to our needs as we needed to stay at a certain budget and car model. Janice made sure everyone involved did their part and got everything done in a timely manner. Would recommend her for any sales need, if you're in the process of looking for a vehicle!

Recently, my dear friend was researching information on new, recommended reliable vehicles. She was excited to share with me that when she took a day off work to explore options, she went no further than her first stop at George-Harte Nissan.
