The clerk young man in the Shell gas station did not even help me, but yet he sold me Jumper cables 12.99,24.99 .I went across Street to Fred's to a local shop in the area not far from one of my homes.I asked a young man to Assist Immediately with the battery charging. He was very responsive and quiet & assisted! Please support this gas station.They have morals here.I was born in an Era where people help each other! Support this location. Regular gas is 2.99 per gallon premium, which is use is 3.89. Nice!”

“Good place. Cheap gas. Just beware of the hot sandwiches they will keep in there warmer for as long as it will stay there until someone buys it and that could possibly be a week or more.. I believe it's a health code violation for them to keep em over a certain number of hours but they already passed days and are working on weeks now.. Thats not acceptable if u ask me or anyone else who would like to not get fkn food poisoning...”

“Price is what got my attention here plus, they DO NOT CHARGE FOR CREDIT/DEBIT USE! Half of the pumps weren't working, so it seems like there may be some renovations going on? In any case, if you want to save around 25¢/gal and your in the neighborhood I do recommend this place!”
“If you are in the area and need gas or a snack, it is very convenient to drive in and out of this establishment at the very busy intersection of Route 34 and Forest Road. The staff is friendly, but not very knowledgeable probably because there is a huge turnover of people working there. In addition to the people changing, the name keeps changing just as quickly. The Mercury Sunoco location now has a Gulf sign above it. The best part of this location is that there is a tire air pressure machine. Unfortunately, that also works only intermittently.”

Best of all, the lines flow smoothly and quickly! The station is conveniently located right off the highway. It is set up with multiple lanes for quick, easy access in and out of the facility. You can also enter and exit from two different streets if traffic is heavy.”

“I get DD coffee there when I fill up.If I can afford to fill up HA!! Update I still get my coffee but don't get my gas there anymore as I have found numerous places that are cheaper so please look around even though they're nice and pleasant and everything else it is about saving money and these guys are not the cheapest”
“They just updated and did reconstruction of the tanks, pumps, etc in 2021, so you won't have to worry about bad gas or contaminants getting into your engine. Nice high quality petrol. One might say, the "Best" gas in West Haven.Aside from that, when buying food or other items here be aware that they don't accurately register items at the point-of-sale, so if you're not paying attention you'll be over-charged for nothing. While most people don't care about a measly 10 cents here for an invisible bag or 2 dollars there for an invisible ice cream bar, I don't have that luxury. It's most upsetting because I genuinely like the people who work here and the food, while overpriced, is good. Here's to hoping they show a bit more honesty in the way they conduct business, especially for their regular customers.”
