Deserves negative stars. First time in my life I had bad experience with eyebrow threading, lady was not attentive with the work instead was continuously gossiping with other co workers and she cut my skin and I was having blood spots and also lot of small hairs was not removed. Very unprofessional.

I have been here several times and had have a great experience Noor has done my lashes and has threaded my eyebrows and tinted them on several occasions. The last time I went to the shop she wasn’t there so there was another girl who threaded and tinted my eyebrows. She was so rough with me that the thread broke over six times. while I was tinting I watched her do another girls eyebrows and the thread only broke twice on her versus six times on me. Additionally, when she put the tint on my brows they begin to burn I’ve never had this experience before. I told her that they were burning and she said to me oh you, you’ve never had your eyebrows tinted before? I explained to her that I was a repeat customer. She told me that my eyebrows would be fine however, while I was on vacation, my mom looked at my face and told me that I Had scabbing that was visible underneath my eyebrows. It’s been a little over a month now, and now I have scars where my eyebrows were threaded. She was so rough with me that she broke the skin which caused broken skin to come into contact with the tint dye which has resulted in permanent scars. Had I known that I was going to be scarred after the service? I would’ve never paid her let alone tip. needless to say, I no longer go to the shop and I no longer will be getting my eyebrows threaded

I wish I could give this place negative rating. The most ill mannered ladies. They do not want to take appointments and if they do, they bark on your face and asked us to leave. This one particular lady behaves as if she is working for free and yells and misbehaves. I wonder how this salon is open still with such horrible customer service. They are not hygienic at all, they do not sanitize their tools, nor have proper waxing techniques. If you want to be respected and if you do not want to catch skin diseases, don’t go here!

These people are so disrespectful to their customers.
They don’t even have basic manners to talk to their customers,my hands were bleeding aswell.

This has been the best place to get eyebrow threading! I have yet to get upset on how my brows turn out. Some places I feel over-pluck the brows and I’ll end up having a brow thicker than the other, but not here. The only slight issue is that there tends to be a wait as there are constantly other customers in line (which is not surprising as the store is in Walmart).

I was not happy about the customer service. Idk why were they treating me like that. They didnt even give a small mirror to check. I went in literally at 6:30 there was no rush. When I came back home and checked in MY mirror i still had hair left in the middle. This is the second time this is happening to me. I might as well just go to other saloon for threading who treat me very well, they charge a bit more but atleast they treat their customers well and pay attention to details.
