I adore this store. It’s the real deal with such an abundance of spiritual goods. Amazing tumbled crystal selection that is SO affordable. Lots of obscure tarot as well.

Sharon was nothing short of amazing. She was very patient in helping me find the right pieces to build a sun catcher for my mom. Pictured is the final outcome. I highly recommend this store! ?

If you want the secret to the fountain of youth Sam has it! After coming here for almost two decades( with my kids now), Sam looks the same . Here's to a successful business and proprietor who's only expanded while others have disappeared . They store has the largest selection of tarot decks I've found anywhere . I've always appreciated the straightforward no b. S. Vibe. Amazing selection and variety of goods. Every space is crammed with exactly what you are looking for . I honestly just come for the free rainbow heart stickers . Love all their gift and goodie bag for dollars spent . It's fun to be a buoy in a sea of estrogen at Curious Goods but make no mistake they run a tight ship . Cheers to a store with family history .

After years of being a loyal customer, I'm sad to say I'll never be back. On my last visit, two older ladies working in the store essentially humiliated me because they didn't know how to fix their MSR machine which was having trouble reading my card. Rather than acknowledge the fact that it was a system-wide error (which is exactly what the face on the machine said) they chose to be short, rude, and unprofessional by insinuating in front of the entire store that it must be my card or that I didn't have any money and that they take cash. Every time I tried to defend myself or bring up the error message, they cut me off and spoke to each other about me as though I wasn't even there. My friend who was with me ended up putting back all of her things and they commented: "look, now she's putting away her things like this is our fault." Very uncomfortable experience, especially in a location that should be serene...

New to the area and my wife and I needed an adventure to be around those like minded. We were in love with the stores variety, and kindness from all the staff who were working. 100% recommend this store that's full of gratitude!

There is a small store on Campbell Avenue that you could easily go by and never know the amazing treasures that are inside. You can see a full range the colors of nature in this remarkable store. To to believe it. A friend recommended I check out the store and I am so glad I did.I have never seen such an incredible huge display of beautiful, unique and unbelievable crystals. There are endless buckets and display cases of every type of stone you can possibly imagine. They carry a wide selection of ready-made jewelry, books, tarot cards, and so much more. The people that work there are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They welcome your questions and will direct you according to your interests and price preferences. It is a phenomenal place for unusual, and one of a kind type of stupendous gifts.

Went in today to replenish my collection as I have been giving things away to friends. Was shocked to see how outrageously priced things have become. Things I paid $40 for five years ago are now being sold for $150. Utterly ridiculous and no reason whatsoever for it. This is not an inflation or supply chain issue. It is simply overcharging

Very nice place , Kind of congested but you"ll spend time going thru all the awesome sections of merchandise I'll return . The staff was very pleasant and engaged in conversation when we needed help or just question's .My granddaughter and my self always had intensions of stopping in .But this trip was worth every dollar we spent .Thank you being open and inviting !

Found a lovely selection of crystals for my practice. A citrine pendant that really spoke to me was the highlight of my trip. Will go back for sure for other things since there was just so much stuff.

I was curious about Curious Goods, so I checked out what was around on Yelp. The shop had a nice balance of good reviews and being within reasonable bounds of my return trip to Hartford from New Haven, so I opted to head over. Since it is on a thruway, there weren't a lot of parking options. (I ended up pulling my very small car up to a very big pickup so that I wouldn't interfere with any side street driveways.) As I approached the store front, I was optimistic, but then I saw a sign that (I thought) said 2 customers at a time. So when I and another group were waved inside, I asked about it, and a male employee sort of hand waved it off (instead of informing me that it actually says 12, as I ended up seeing on another sign in the shop). So that was my initial vibe. I worked at a store that sold--almost exclusively--rocks, semi-precious stones, and crystals, so I was definitely judging the dozens of bins along the central aisle against my own experience. With that in mind, I found a lot of the raw stones to be pretty low quality. I struggled to find any flash on a chunk of labradorite. The amethyst was inconsistently pigmented. And so forth. However, as I browsed the bookshelves--highly organized by subject, very nice!!--the employee and his friend (?) were replaced by someone who definitely seemed like she belonged there in the store. She was helpful and knowledgeable, attentive but never pushy. She also helped me to see more closely some tarot decks in a glass case, which was really nice. I have some social anxiety, but I never felt hesitant about asking a question. My overall impression of the shop is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Initially we were looking at 2 or 3, but it's amazing what a shift change does for a place. You might as well stop in, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. That said--I'm very curious about the story behind this shop and its selection.
