If the liquor store above it didn’t send you a red flag, maybe this will.Zero stars. Went in for a root canal, kept saying it hurt, kept being told it’s just sore & it’ll get better. Over a year later & it hurts worse than before I got the root canal. I don’t even want to ask them to fix it. I’m finding somewhere else. Same exact thing happened to another person I know who went here too. The cleanings aren’t great either unless your teeth are already perfect, so. Do with that what you will.Just save yourself the time and find somewhere else to go, honestly.The ONLY nice thing I have to say about this place is the assistants are sweet.

One thing this will have you do is WAIT!!!! There is no reason why we should be waiting for an hour, and they have the nerve to tell you to get there 15 minutes early. ?

I went to do some cleaning and the lady who took care of me was in a bad mood. It didn't do its job well, I immediately checked my mouth and I still had tartar on my teeth, I didn't clean it well.
I presented my complaint and they did not want to listen to me

I went for a filling and my tooth broke that weekend. I went back and for 30 minute all they wanted to do was talk about it not the Dr fault. I told them in I'm pain and just wanted it fixed. I signed a waiver then they fixed it.

Got a root canal months ago I told them just take it they said I wouldn’t want to do that now I have to get broken root canal taking out like I said. Wasting so much time

I never like to go get dental work done because I never like the pain it cause .So when I went to Connecticut Dental I was nervous .so they have this wondaful young lady that work there that took the time to make me feel relax by taking to me if it wasn't for her I would have left her name is Kapree and I just wanted to say thank you one more person that works in the front deserve credit Lisa thank you

This place is so raggedy inside needs an upgrade. Little tight rooms I personally didn’t like it but the lady was nice and the women at the front desk was nice as well. So that was good.

If I could give them a Zero, I would. The front desk are horrible at doing their jobs and very rude. They've hung up on my face multiple times. Whenever I contact the Office by phone or e-mail. No one gets back to me. I literally have to go out of my way to get to them. The dental service I have recieved also is not up to standards. It doesn't matter what insurance a patient has, the best products and customer service should be given. There is not a consistent dentist on site. Every 1-2 days there is someone different. Feels like an assembly line. Not cool. I'm beyond frustrated and ready to move onto a new dentist once my current treatment is completed. Literally in discomfort, I let the front desk know and yet no one does anything about it. The dentist should be available to speak with their patients no matter the concern. I know how it goes and the fact that I'm being brushed off is disgusting. Not a happy patient at all especially since now I need procedures that I know for sure I should not need if the work was done right in the 1st place. The doctors and assistants clearly need more schooling and experience. This office does not care about their patient.

Horrible in 36 years of life I had never had a tooth infection until I went to this department just for a cleaning and a crown on my denge and the experience was terrible, it caused me a lot of pain, in the end I had to look for another workshop and pay more expensive for quality care that would not harm my health. Zero would be little for what they deserve. Is this dentist's diploma and license safe? He has no professional profile.
