Horrible Customer service.Reserved a car for the next day(PAID IN FULL) only to arrive to be told I couldn't rent the car.Offered NOTHING in the way of help.This Is the second time they have done something like this to me.Last time I was out of state on business and they left me stranded.No third strike Sixt.2 is enough for me.Your Company is GARBAGE

Do not use this company.. I had a reservation and they would not refund my money due to the covid-19 pandemic..I sent multiple emails and they declined to return my pre-payed car rental even though we are under a stay at home order in NY and LA where I was supposed to travel. it is pretty clear they do not care about their customers...

I will never rent from sixt again. They have charged my card multipleeeeee times for unnecessary reasons. I have received toooo many invoices. It is just frustrating. I will be calling corporate Monday morning. I needed to return the car later than expected, so they charge me... ok... but enterprise would have just said as long as u return it in before midnight and drop the keys you won't be charge. Just stick to enterprise. These people will scam you rob you and all of the above.
