New Owners - If you need any type of rolling papers, tobacco, lotto, ATM - this is THE place to go. It is convenient to all West Shore residents and parking is no hassle. The owners are nice and will listen to what customers are looking for to accommodate them on their next visit. Definitely recommend!!!

Nice to see that the new owner & his wife took over this business.The last owner was nice to me ,but I heard people didn't like to support him because he was not so nice to them. Welcome to the neighborhood New owners!! The whole store looks completely different with all new inventory & what an amazing selection!! They have it all . Finally West Haven has an awesome smoke shop!!! Plus the owner & his wife are the nicest people! I hope they do well and stick around for a while. They have really good prices 2 compared to other places in the area. This is my new smoke shop!!! I will continue to be loyal customer.

I went to cigarette express on Saturday April 4 2020 to get a bag of Tobacco which cost me $14.00. The bag I got was stale I brought it back Sunday April 5 2020. I walked and told the guy it was stale and he said very rudely did you check in when you bought it, I said no and he said I can not give you your money back. So I started walking to the door and I said guess I'm out my $14.00 and as I was walking out the door he called me a ( F****** B***** I hope he looses a lot of business. I will never ever go back to that store again. Oh he called me a F****** B**** 5 times my daughter heard it all the way in the car.
