I have never experienced a pharmacy as unprofessional and unpleasant as this place. Customers are going there for medication and many aren't feeling very well and staff and pharmacists treat you like they're doing you a favor by doing their job, seemingly annoyed that they have to do their job. It's odd that their corporate office hasn't been called to deal with them. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Very happy with the pharmacy staff at this store! They treated me like a human being when the other two West Haven locations did the exact opposite. I had previously used this pharmacy years ago and was always happy with how friendly and professional they were. I recently started taking medication again and after extremely unpleasant experiences at both the Campbell Ave (absolutely disgusted by the way they treated me and will never return) and the Orange Ave (one nice lady there but everyone else I dealt with was cold, rude and incompetent and also refused to let me pay cash for my prescription one time when I had a small issue with my insurance) locations I had my prescriptions transferred to the Jones Hill Rd store even though it's farther away from my home. I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided me so far. Both head pharmacists were so nice as well as the other individuals that work behind the pharmacy counter. I will continue to go to this CVS even though I live much closer to the other locations. Thank you for making a tough time in my life a little bit easier by providing great service and treating me with respect and dignity!!

They have great service and are very friendly, bathroom is for employees though but they have anything that you may need even milk and I just love going there if I forgot milk or I want some brownies.

Never ever will I go back to this CVS. Refused to let my toddler use their bathroom. Told me I had to go to the pizza place or subway.
