the self serve is awful, barely none of the modes actually work and its honestly a waste of money. the rinse or wax wouldnt work after i used the soap that only came out every 5 seconds. i couldnt rinse the car so i decided to go to the touchless car wash after to rinse it off. they have a mode from 7-17$ dollars. the touchless is much better in my opinion so dont use the self serve.

Being from Atlanta these car wash are every where but here in Connecticut they hard to find but this particular wash offer clean bays nice vacuum area and the associate are really nice I give this establishment 10+ continue your great service

Self wash isn’t terrible, but many features don’t work. Left the first stall after the foaming conditioner and tire cleaner didn’t work, then went to another stall and the foaming conditioner barely worked and made it takes about 4x longer to do the same task if it wasn’t broke. Finally the wax setting in the stall didn’t work as there was absolutely no evidence of solution being dispersed when spraying it at the ground for a few minutes. If you want a quick self wash then sure it’s good, but don’t expect all the modes to work. I would post the videos but it won’t let me…

One of the best Car Wash Places around. I always come here when I’m in the area. Had an issue during their off hours with the self service car wash section where the machine charged me twice and after a brief phone call with owner the next day. The problem was no longer an issue. Owner super professional and a genuinely good dude. For all the car lovers this is definitely the go to spot.. I just wish they had more locations as I’m based in the Norwalk area. Best bang for your buck, Highly recommend

The automatic car wash leaves extra soap on the car after drying, I show it to the attendant but he said sometimes it happens without giving me money or extra towels to remove the soap and water from my car. I come here often and it's not the first time this has happened.

I come here a lot and for some reason the card machines in the self-serve tunnels weren’t working, but Calvin one of the attendants here really did hook me up and save me a lot of hassle. Definitely one of the reasons why I come here consistently.
