The store en campbell ave I bought 2 celular I ask if can usa those phone in ecuador she yes, I paid $ 468 dollars. [After i paid the phones the store lady report the phones like robberies] i reported to boost mobile they do not investigate, boost did nathing about it.

Horrible customer service. Called this morning to ask about their deals on offer to new customers and the person had an attitude the whole time as if she’s handing out charity. I asked about the price difference between the website and the store and she hang up on me.I never recommend being rude to people just doing their job, but this incompetent condescending person is making me reevaluate my morals.

Customer service was not good they hired a person who does not know what he is doing this boost mobile store needs to go underneath new management everyone needs to go to the boost mobile store on the boulevard excellent customer service don’t know what I was doing going to West Haven never again!!!!!
