The slowest service of all time every single time I’m here. Doesn’t matter if there is 2 people in line or 6…. Don’t come here. 1 hour wait in line when I was the third one in line. Horribly managed .

The service they have for making wire payments is super bad! Generally these payments are urgent and here they don't even bother to put you on hold in case someone cancels their appointment and they can attend to you! As they do in other banks at Banco América headquarters! The manager is a very rude and annoying person! I don't recommend it at all

This location previously was very easy to be in and out but recently we visited the branch to deposit a check, the teller more preoccupied about where the check was from & entered the numbers in error and shorted the amount of $225. Went back, was told yes, she entered it in wrong but we can’t help at the location. We were instructed to call the 800 to rectify the tellers mistake, no problem, did so, they said it still can take up to 2-7 days. Super disappointed in the branches lack of professionalism & attentiveness, huge mistake to be making with peoples money.

This particular branch on campbell is disgusting! And the people who work there dont care ether! I told them once there was a hypodermic needle outside next to where their customers park right on the side of their building where there’s landscaping, then went back three weeks later the same hypodermic needle was sitting there!!The manager at the bank said “sorry I don’t park there we park in the back”.I was completely shocked by her answer. This is completely unacceptable and their attitudes are disgusting as much as that hypodermic needle was. Good luck with that BS.

Ive Never waited an hour in line ever at any bank . except this one..also was directed to have teller help me w my issue but she wouldn't she said make an appointment really???? I waited an hour for that? Not happy at all customer service???? No. I don't think so..

Had a fraudulent charge on my account due to a laptop getting stolen out of my car. Went into the bank to try to cancel my card and get a new temporary one and was told that there were no appointments available the entire afternoon. Went right up to the teller who was very nice and withdrew most of my money from my account. This is not the staffs fault. The corporate office needs to allow them to hire more people.
