Overall, this is one of the best shops in New Haven county. The selection and quality of items is great, the prices are fair, and Guy is knowledgeable and helpful. I've always had a positive experience there and look forward to going back.

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Guy and Atlantis Antiques! I was able to find a BEAUTIFUL Chippendale style dresser for my fiancé to gain some extra drawer space in our home. Guy, the owner, did the restoration work himself and not only is it an exquisite piece, he offered it at an extremely fair price. I would without reservation recommend sourcing your next beautiful piece of furniture or decor from the great selection and service at Atlantis Antiques. I met Guy while trying to close my aunt's estate. I had already met several antiques people in other estate closings, as I sell real estate. Guy was a breath of fresh air. He was helpful with advice that was purely helpful to me and not specifically to him. Example: Save some of the pretty trays or dishes. And when you make cookies for somebody, put them on the tray and let them keep it... Because you're not going to get much money for them and it wil 7pml make the person who receives it very happy. It also keeps things out of the landfill and perpetuates art! I have done so with vases and flowers too, several times and he was one hundred percent right. He also was very honest with me about values for silver and jewelry, having done research beforehand.His shop also has some really interesting things in it. Branford is a hike for me but it's worth the trip.

His new Branford location, is one large phenomenal room. There is a plethora of things to see. Parking is ample in front of the building, two spaces marked handicapped.

Allow plenty of time when you come here because there are treasures packing every inch! Guy has a great eye for what to bring into the shop and prices are fair. On top of that, he’s super friendly and helpful!

So much to see! Plan for at least an hour to browse.There's an impressive variety of items, particularly furniture and art. The overall quality is pretty outstanding. Guy is knowledgeable and makes himself available without making a person feel pressured.
