HORRIBLE experience. they work along side the insurance company to get the cheapest parts to "fix" the problem. My car had to brought back multiple times and the last time I was told the issue was resolved and I soon as I got home my car was leaking and smoking. I was told that this was not their problem even the this is the same issue it went in for months prior. I did not even have my car a full 3 weeks before it was is and out multiple shops. The worst customer service, Wayne was unprofessional and inappropriate.

Poor paint job, overspray, horrible blend on paint!!! Gave them second chance to correct problem, came out worse!! Told me I was being ridiculous and walked away from me. Even my wife can notice how bad the paint match is and she never notices that sort of thing! Would never go back to them, would never recommend to anyone!!!!

This place fixed my Jeep Wrangler in 4 days but that’s not the best part.... you can get a rental there, the people are totally friendly and update you as the time passes, and they cleaned the whole thing inside and out before they returned it. You would never had guessed it was in 2 accidents. They truly care about customer satisfaction and I will most certainly be returning there to do more body work to my Jeep. 1,000%

I'll cut to the chase: they didn't fix my car, and were dishonest when presenting it to me. They pretended to be surprised when I had found the nonworking driver information panel before I even drove the thing away, and told me to take it up with the insurance company, but I found afterwards in paperwork that their own subcontracted diagnostic service was reporting that there were still issues with the car's electrical system and components. The issue was never resolved and in the end I gave up, and had the car information center replaced at my own expense at a dealership (in excess of $1,000 extra). Unfortunately, I had already signed over the insurance company's check and handed it to them before I discovered the issue. My bad, perhaps for not insisting on checking the car out first, but of course, they deliberately structure things so that you don't get the key before they get paid.Yet another dishonest and duplicitous auto repair shop. They seem to be more common than honest ones.

Not with these guys. They had me back in my Jeep in less than a week. They truly care about customer satisfaction and I will most certainly be returning there to do more body work to my Jeep. 1,000%
