I don't know what's going with all these growers but the quality is down an its ridiculous...never have I got so many stems an leafs these buds should be trimmed I just had this problem with ctpharm...the prices go up an the quality goes down i wish you could see all the trim I have just from one 8th ...you should be ashamed charging people for this garbage

Smoked a joint yesterday and it tasted like I was smoking tobacco. It didn't do anything and just made me cough a ton. Will be returning to the black market. btw that was an indical strain. Whatever that means aside from being a boof indica.

Shame on you for turning your backs on all the medical patients in this state. When everyone was going to the bazaars and festivals in 2018-2020 the medical patients were loyal (idk why). We all were duped. Bluepoint kept saying "Nothing will change! It'll be cheaper! They wont run out." I haven't been able to purchase a concentrate in a year. My PTSD has to do with driving so I have to beg someone and pay them to drive me to Massachusetts and it's been worth it. Concentrates are 25 dollars. 1/8ths are always on sale for 30-35 and you can get 30 percent THC. It's just a better experience. Shame on this state. If you are a med patient just stop supporting and buying this junk. I know it's difficult and I can't imagine how expensive this transition has been for disabled and elderly patients. Shame on you yuppies. Scum.

Your product are top knotch their no comparing your products they are all good for your medical needs yes 8 years a medical patient myself allways happy when purching your meds But for the ladt 3 months your flower has been lacking triming it is getting as bad as a quarter to a third of a gram per eigth of trim never have i seen so much in the entire 8 years now come on at least trim better for the medical comunity we cant use trim it is hard to judge with the leaves come lets get back to the agl i know and love Richard.

OVER PRICED AND HONESTLY A DISSERVICE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO MEDICAL PATIENTS WITH THE PRICES! CANT AFFORD MY MEDICATION ANY MORE SO I HAVE TO GO TO MASSACHUSETTS OR THE LOCAL DEALER (WHICH IS ALWAYS BETTER AND NOT DRY). ITS A SHAME BECAUSE I WOULD GLADLY SUPPORT THE MEDICAL GROWERS BUT THIS IS DISGUSTING! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I DOUBT THEY CARE THOUGH! LOL BUT THEY ARE LOSING PATIENTS BY THE DAY

I purchased a faulty, horrible quality vape from this company. For years I have been a loyal medical patient. The one time I decide to spend $100 on a new vape I haven't tried, since the rest were mostly sold out, and it was the worst vape I ever purchased. The dispensary said they weren't aloud to return it and I had to go through AGL directly. I was also told by them, that AGL does not take any accountability for their errors. This seems to be true. I tried calling every number that AGL has attached to their company, and each mailbox is full.... HORRIBLE business. Don't ever buy from AGL. I'm out $100 and My medicine for the week. This would never happen with other companies, and this sure wouldn't happen at a regular pharmacy. I feel like I just got robbed by a growing company, right in the "safety" of my own dispensary.

Product that I have been purchasing for the last 5 years hasn't been available for the last 4 or 5 months. I'm trying to find out why. When you call AGL you can't talk to a person, the phone tree tells you to push 7 for customer service. That mailbox has been full every time I've called. This has been going on for several months now. Most of the others are full too. When you find one that isn't they seem to be listening as they hang-up mid message.This is the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered.BTW when you call their parent company, Green Thumb Industries, they also don't answer their phone. I sent them a request through their online messaging page. They was about 6 weeks ago. I haven't heard back yet.

Patients are bein charge recreational prices in CT for low THC is cheaper to go to Massachusetts and buy recreational than buying medical in CT. These prices are outrageous they just trying to become more millionaires and don't care about patient at all.

Rec sales have effectively ruined the MM program in CT. This grower used to push out high quality strains, some as high as 36-39% THC. Now everything they offer at medical dispensaries is barely 20%, as they cater ONLY to rec sales so they can sell garbage as both. Same flower that would’ve cost >$30 in Dec 2022, they want $40+ now when quality has gone into the toilet. Wish I had known they were only going to get worse… wouldn’t have wasted my money renewing my med card in February
