I'm an over the road truck driver..iv3 stopped at this establishment numerous times..I'm a Laredo Taco fan, as I frequently ride in Texas. This place gives Laredo Taco a bad name..This entire 7-11 ESTABLISHMENT IS DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY & improperly supervised..Mens room is filthy!! ALWAYS!! DONUT & PASTRY DISPLAY CASE IS INFESTED WITH FLIES & OTHER UNKNOWN AIRBORNE INSECTS!! SODA & COFFEE DISPENSER AREA,? FUH GET ABOUT IT..I WOULDN'T DRINK FROM THERE FOR FREE, ITS A DISASTER AREA OF FILTH..LAREDO TACO CONDIMENT AREA?? IT LOOKS LIKE GERM CITY..THE CHICKEN PLACE?? FILTHY!! THE REAR ENTRY STAIRCASE?? I DONT WANT TO WALK UP THE STAIRS , ITS SO FILTHY..THE FRONT & REAR ENTRY/EXIT DOOR HANDLE HAVE AN ACCUMULATION OF FILTH & GERMS..A GOOD PIWER WASHING OF PREMISES IS HIGHLY ADVISED..IF IT ISNT SEALED/PACKAGED AT A MANUFACTURER, IM NOT BUYING..IN FACT, THE lack!! Of cleanliness, has completely turned me off

Disgusting service. Cashier ignored us and kept doing whatever he was doing. Then when he did finally come to the register, had no customer service and a very nasty attitude. To add insult to injury, the store box we used to put our donuts in that we purchased collapsed and a donut fell out. When we went to him to tell him what happened he said it's not his fault and we'd have to pay for another one. I was so upset, after having to explain again that it was because of his donut box, he finally said okay. Absolutely disgusting experience.

DO NOT USE THE UPSIDE APP AT THIS PLACE , THEY DO NOT PAY THE REFUND AND THE EMPLOYEE'S ARE RUDE .Wish there was a negative star , and there coffee is terrible!

This place really is the worst. Worst food, worst customer service or should I say lack of customer service. I completely stopped going in there to purchase anything even the gas, I don’t bother because of how unprofessional the staff is that they hire. They are extremely slow with preparation of food orders and check out. They are unorganized and could care less about the customer time. You should be able to be in and out and the wait is unacceptable. My husband on the other hand keeps giving out all another chance where I told him stop giving your business to a place where customers don’t matter and the help is only worried about getting a check. My husband was the first in line to get some breakfast and he stood there for over 5min for a guy behind the counter to say cash or card. He said cash and they said he has to wait 5min. It took the guy and 2 girls to count a drawer! Did you understand what I just wrote… it took 3 people to count a drawer. Then my husband said fine I will do cars I just need to hurry (mind you there is a line waiting and the workers could care less. Moved super slow) they asked him to go over to the girl who still was counting a drawer. He asks again now a little frustrated because it is still taking long. Is anyone going to check me out? They told him to go to the self checkout to low and behold after getting out the line to do that one of them said “oh no food items in the self checkout”. Really! That was the last straw, after all that time he said “you know what, keep the food” and left it on the counter and walked out. A complete waste of time. I recommend they be audited and monitored closely from the higher ups on how terrible the service is and how the store is being run. I want to talk to someone in charge that can and willing to make changes for the good. This has to stop and you need to get your priorities in order. Thanks

I’ve loved this 7/11 since it opened and it’s right near my house, but I’ve been hesitant to make any card purchases after my Father’s card information was stolen when trying to get gas. Good thing his bank caught the charges made to his card. He had to order a new one. Please BE AWARE!

December 26, 2023Walked into my favorite 7/11 In West Haven on sawmill RoadIt’s always friendly love the staff but there is one girl working the morning8 AM shift Always has a very bad attitude.I nicely Asked why the espresso machine was still down after four days of me going in there it still saying it Has to be cleaned she said :“I don’t know I just got here “so then I asked her if she could clean the machine for me so I can get espresso. She replied : “it’ll take 15 minutes before it is cleaned. “I then stated “it Might as well get cleaned anyway” (which is the truth.)She then turned and looked at me and aggressively said: “don’t, don’t… “.If you are from where I’m from you know when someone looks at you like that and tells you don’t that means don’t try meI smiled said God bless you you may go on about your way and I was very uncomfortable. The entire time I then asked asked for the corporate number I was told the manager comes in at three, so I was denied the corporate number as well.Otherwise, the place is amazing love the coffee love the people just some glitches in the chain that needs to be straightened out.

Can’t believe they charge $8.00 for a burnt hamburger make in the morning and sitting in the warmer all day. That was unbelievable to me. $8.00 come on. ?

Wish there was a negative star option. This store is absolutely horrible... needs new management and the food is never available even before lunch time. Don't waste your time!!!

Awesome nice big place!! Places to sit ! There is coffee etc here and a taco place !! I think it's a taco place lol !!! Gas prices are good seeing its right by the highway and CT has zone pricing !! Meaning the closer to a highway the more a place can charge !! Watch the prices at gas stations I am not kidding about this

Dirty. Long wait in line. Not sanitary. Sketchty vibe. Also expensive. Poor management. I only had to buy a drink. And cashier just taking too long.
