I had constant internet connectivity issues for about a week now. Went into the store and waited for a while just to be told to talk to someone through the xfinity app. Problems still persisted and was told a technician would come fix the issue but would be an additional charge. So ended up cancelling my service and returning my equipment and switched to another internet provider!

Of course service is going to be slow because you keep yelling at every employee and never set an appointment, I always set an appointment to be in & out asap. It works. Spread kindness and if you have something bad to say because of your impatience then you can move on. I had a good experience here, young employee helped me with my bill problems. Remember if you can’t find your cup of tea there then you can always settle for the next one, your kids will see your nasty reviews I hope you keep that in mind as well.

Don’t go to this xfinity. My first time being there and I waited an hour and a half probably more and I still wasn’t assisted. So I went to the person who checked me in and asked if it usually an hour wait and she said no then told me I’m next and I said okay.
I sat down and set a timer for 15 mins and once it went off I said thank you and left and went to the Xfinity in Plainville which is 15 mins away and they had me in and out in 10 mins.

Worst store on planet earth. Came here3 times and I can never even get a rep. They are SLOW and always packed. Booked 2 appointments and told me I’ve had to wait forever each time. Do not come here

My situation was not addressed or resolved. The service rep was very rude, he was trying to get me to leave xfinity to another internet company. Then when I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me "no, if you want you can hang up I'm trying to help you." Then he called me 2 times after I called back and he answered. On my fourth I called a local xfinity store and the lady was very nice and helpful.
