Mia has been seeing Ariana in West Hartford for over a year now. Ariana is so sweet to my little girl. Also, all the employees are nice and the place is always clean. I love the variety of treat's, and merchandise I can get for Mia while in the store. I 100% recommend Woof Gang Bakery in West Hartford.

I am very disappointed in this business. I have brought my dog here for 5 groomings. Each grooming had an issue such as too short, too long, not listening to what style I want even after showing photo, forgetting to express the anal glands, etc. This time my pup came home with 3 welts on her back and a huge cut/indent on her ear that they said was from pulling a tick off.. and they did not save the tick. I believe these groomers are extremely inexperienced and do not trust them with my dog. Each experience was with a different groomer and I will not be returning.

I want to say a huge thank you to the Woof Gang West Hartford staff for taking my dog Zoey in for a last-minute groom this weekend. She had some matting that was making it difficult for her to go to the bathroom and when I explained the situation, the team went above and beyond to get her in for a groom right away.
We are so appreciative, and her cut came out great! Thank you Arianna for coming in early to make the last-minute appointment possible. We will definitely be back!

We have been taking cooper and Wiley to Wolfgang grooming in Blueback for a year plus they love going the groomers are excellent.and reasonably priced

Edit: I have taken my dog (Kirby) to Woof gang for a full grooming appointment a couple times before this one and have never once received a single complaint about behavior, nor has his hair ever been cut this unevenly before at woof gang. It makes me question the type of treatment he has received from the groomer (Elizabeth) on that day that could’ve caused him to become anxious and “behave erratically.” If the groomer was able to assess the fact that for some reason, he was “anxious and behaving erratically,” then why did she decide to start cutting his hair to begin with? Safety and judgement seem to be questionable at this salon. We were charged $60 for this and Kirby left the salon frightened that day. We will not be returning due to the unprofessional service we received the previous visit, hence why we did not accept the offer for a return visit.

Good afternoon, I just picked up my dog and I didn't like her bath, her face still stinks and doesn't smell like a bath, unfortunately I won't recommend you to other people.
Good afternoon, today August 22nd I had the pleasure of going to the Canton store where the mistake they had with my treasure that is my puppy on the 17th in West Hartford was repaired, Érika and Yaya did a great job and took very good care of Nutella, not to mention that the service was wonderful and they had all the care and affection. Congratulations on the excellent staff, I recommend it to everyone.

I highly recommend this store for any and all grooming needs. The staff is wonderful and very personable. Isaac specifically recommended a dematting brush that works perfectly on my dog, and he also gave me suggestions for good pet shampoo brands. He really went above and beyond to assist me and I greatly appreciate it!

I took my 6-month-old Poodle puppy for a bath and trim. On the day of the appointment, they informed me that it would cost $95 due to an additional service I included. When I dropped off my dog, I left him there, but less than an hour later, they called me saying that my puppy was biting everything and that they considered him dangerous. I explained that he is a playful puppy and bites everything he sees as part of his play, not out of aggression. The lady responded that they couldn’t handle him like that and that the cost would be $65 just for the bath. If they weren’t prepared to handle puppies, they should have said so from the beginning. Since his first grooming, I’ve taken him to other places and have never had any complaints.

The West Hartford Staff is always great with us and our dog. Lisa Bynes gives the best doodle haircuts we have seen yet in 4 years and she is the only one that we bring our dog to. Cannot say enough great things about this staff and place.
