I love WIP because it’s such a supportive environment! Warmups are intentional and there’s always great variation in the circuits. The atmosphere is friendly and coaches all make it a point to know your name and encourage you. Truly a group of people who want to support your fitness goals.

WIP bootcamp workouts are great! I always feel challenged in a good way. The coaches are great at providing instructions and tips for proper form and any modifications when needed. It’s a fun community to be a part of and I appreciate their variety of class times. I love that as long as I can just show up, I know I’ll have an awesome workout.

I discovered WIP Fitness through a Google search and decided to give it a try on a whim. I am so glad I did! It is the most wonderful, welcoming community of people with excellent coaches and amazing workouts. WIP has helped me stay the most consistent on my fitness journey that I have ever been (EVER) and be the best version of me I could be. Whether you are a fitness fanatic or just starting our, WIP fitness has something to offer everyone. I highly recommend checking it out!!

A fun and challenging workout with a nice supportive community. Classes are the perfect length of time and a good mix of strength, cardio, and skill work. Great yoga classes too!

I started my 2023 with a goal to prioritize my fitness and I'm so glad that I found this place. The coaches are the best and the wonderful women in the WIP community are so motivating and inspiring. I'm so happy to be a part of this family!!

I purchased a 10 class pack after the 3 week intro promotion and I really like it here. The class packs allow flexibility to still have other gym memberships (I like to spin and do yoga). I mostly go to Paul's classes, the hiit class on tuesdays is great. For me I like that the instructors aren't in your face, it's more at your pace. The times also work well for me. I will say it seems like a lot of middle aged women go and have been for years so I don't really socialize much.

I love WIP because they're intentional about their warm ups. Workouts are impactful and you're oftentimes going through the circuit with a buddy which is great for motivation and creating community. Instructors always provide modification options if necessary. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout and the instructors are all super helpful. Welcoming environment!

Excellent bootcamp classes - even as a beginner i was able to follow them or modify as needed. Trainers are all very different and offer different workouts which is great, never the same! Other members are friendly and also help each other as needed - I really enjoy this gym.The only constructive criticism I have is that the classes are very crowded - I only go on weekends - I think WIP has outgrown its space - not a bad problem for the owners but for the members it is - every class I have attended at various times on the weekends is packed and barely enough space for each person.

The coaches do a fantastic job of warming you up and preparing you safely for a challenging full body workout. The community vibe is awesome, I always make a point in coming to class whenever I’m in town!
