Horrible experience. From the moment I parked, stepped outside of my car and walked towards the bank, a tell man yelled at me saying that I couldn’t park there. I told him “I am walking inside the bank to use the ATM,” and all he could say was “you can’t park there.” He proceeded to follow me inside the bank and watched me. I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t even use the ATM, so I just left. He then followed me outside and watched me as I drove off.
It’s understandable to tell someone to not park there if you see them walking away from the bank. But if someone is going inside to use it, do not yell at them saying they can’t park there. It’s rude and unprofessional.

Very upset and didn't even make it inside. I parked I. The parking lot to use the ATM and a tell man yelled at me, you can't park there. I explained I was using the ATM, he then stood outside the atm room until I was done. Then as I walked out told me I had to leave if I was not using the bank. I have 2 problems with this, 1 I was using the bank, and 2 it was 357 amd the bank closes at 4. Thus is very poor customer service.

I love Webster Bank. I lived in Milford for 10 years with Webster as my primary bank..before I moved to West Hartford Branch 8 years ago. I have always found the tellers and VP's to be friendly, intelligent and kind. I have also noticed that they take the time to spend with customers to make sure that they understand their transactions.

I have been a customer since I moved to the neighborhood seven years ago. At that time, I opened a custodial savings account for my son as well as checking and savings accounts for our family. Their online banking services have certainly developed nicely. However, what I love the best is that every other Saturday when my son comes to deposit his savings, the tellers greet us so warmly. It's great to be recognized; we feel appreciated. The time we spend in the banking center is never more than 10 minutes; most times it's less than 5. It's a memorable routine for him as he watches his dollars grow.

I was waited on by a female teller, Simran. She couldn't have been more helpful with what was a rather complicated transaction. Not only was she well informed regarding the procedure necessary to complete my transaction but Simran was refreshingly personable. I hope the bank recognizes her talents and does whatever's necessary to keep her working for the bank. She has a bright future ahead!

Service is incredibly slow. I'm currently in line with 9 other people, and there is only one teller available. Don't come here if you're ever in a rush.
