My experience with Alex and the whole team at this Verizon location was pretty stressful and time consuming, but it had nothing to do with their lack of support, patience, and accommodation. They helped throughout the entire process of activating my new phone through a nation-wide tech issue and also managed to work to get me the best deal and plan for my line & phone. Saved me money, and pleasantly helped me through a stressful experience. This was also not my first time with an experience like this at this store, a year ago, the team was just as helpful and kind. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
