Terrible experience. Bad customer service and some of the worst cellphone service I have ever had.Got an iPhone 15 and the salesman did not even know the current promotion deals. He also sold me an iPhone 14 case not even knowing it was the wrong one.Overall, STAY AWAY

Had a very positive experience with Rah trading in iPhones for upgrade and changes to plan (and sweet Black Friday free iPads). He was very professional and was very patient and careful to ensure I understood all costs involved. Highly recommend!

I worked with Tim and his team in the West Hartford store on Farmington Ave the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I switched 3 phone lines from TMobile to Verizon that day and all three of us got new Iphone-15 phones from the switch. We walked to Whole Foods for a quick lunch while they were transferring our data and the entire process was easy and there were no surprises. It was the best cell phone store experience I have ever had. Thank you T-Mobile team!

Just had an incredible experience working with Pedro to take advantage of the new trade in deal that Verizon is currently offering. He was patient and kind, thoroughly explained my options, and helped me choose the upgrade option/phone plan that worked best for me. I can’t believe that I was in & out in under an hour - from the time we first started to transferring all of the data so I could walk out with my new phone. Thanks Pedro!

We had terrible service at this store. The representative who helped us was new, and gave us a myriad of incorrect information. I don't know much about phones, and even I knew more than this person did. The manager who seemed to know what he was doing sat around doing nothing instead of taking this opportunity to step in and show a new employee how to do the job and ensuring good service. As a result, we were sold a plan that we were made to understand had features that it did not in fact have. Went back and the manager's fix was to simply charge us more for what we already thought we were getting. No sorry. Threw the salesperson under the bus ("He's new") without taking any responsibility for being his manager. We will be leaving Verizon shortly due to this terrible service.

Went in to upgrade my iPad as I was running out of space. Fortunate to hook up with Zach at this location. He was personable, knowledgeable and made the extra effort to assure a positive experience and a satisfied customer!

We went to verzion in order to be helped with activating an eSIM. Although the guy was nice he just told us to call customer service with the extension and they would be able to help us out. Anyway we went to the Glastonbury location and the manager was more than happy to help us activate the eSIM

I came to WeHa Verizon on Farmington Ave in a time-sensitive pinch. Zach Adams serviced me immediately. He used empathy when I described my situation. He met my urgency with resolution, and laid out my options with transparency. I've had poor experiences at other Verizon stores, and an unlucky run of poor customer experiences overall recently; Zach Adams' service made my day and I'm grateful. If I or a loved one requires service at a Verizon store, it will be at this one every single time.

Went into the store last week Sunday I made it very clear to TIM that I was with T-MOBILE AND ONLY PAID 180.p/m for 5 lines UNLIMITED EVERYTHING HAD CALL iD,and FAMILY TRACKER FOR MY KIDS AND INSURANCE... TIM OFFERED ME 170.p/m I made it very clear that I did not want to spend more and wanted exactly the same service.Did phone swap and everything also had to wait 1week for a watch to arrive they don't have option in colors. I went yesterday and rep Angela ( I think that's her name) was very rude she was by herself no customer in the store did not GREETED ME I had to tell her I was picking up a watch. TIM never gave me a copy of my contract,so I was asking her questions not only did she walked away like 3 times without answering me questions but when I asked her to help me understand the paper that she gave me she was telling me to just log into my account she kept going to HER cellphone to the point where I had to ask her to "PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ME IM A CUSTOMER " HER REPLY WAS " I did not have to be rude . And that TIM next scheduled was FRI" I told her I should not had to wait as a customer I was present and I should not had to wait to get my account explained and me asking for her FULL ATTENTION IS NOT RUDE . she gave me a nasty attitude and when I did the math to what she explained i will be paying over 210.p/m n all i have is 5 line with unlimited text,talk and internet. ( i called customer service and they explained this as well ) I asked her who was the manager or supervisor incharge she said TIM and I can come back Thursday . I called her out she told me Friday.SHE NEED TO GO WORK AT MCDONALD'S KITCHEN THIS IS NOT HER FIELD. IT HAS BEEN THE WROST OF THE WORST THEY LIED . I WILL DEFINITELY BE CANCELING MY SERVICE WAY BEFORE THE 30 DAY .MY ADVICE PEOPLE DONT FALL FOR IT THEY MADE ME GIVE MY DEVICES FULL SCAM NEVER AGAIN. T-MOBILE WAS BY FAR THE BEST THEY HAD ISSUES WITH THEY TOWER BUT THEY BACK UP AND RUNNING..

Very lacking in their knowledge towards business customers. Said one thing last visit, changed when I came in today. That was by the manager Zack who also hung up when I called last week to inquire about a simple esim transfer. Handled transfer when we came in, today was another lack of training and knowledge. Last time I will ever visit this location. Very disappointing as other locations such as west farms and the one on Berlin turnpike have very great Business customer relations.

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my phone. The other people at Apple unable to fix thank God Kelly was here he fixed my phone and was able to organize settings. Very personable and helpful.
