This location gets a ton of one-star reviews, but if you read them, you'll see that a lot of people are complaining about having to pay for tape. Let's be honest - UPS isn't responsible for taping your boxes. We all know that. I've been coming here for years and have had nothing but friendly service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes your life easy and if you're in west Hartford this is the store you visit(don't visit the hazard ave store)Staff here also knew about mailing requirements for passport through VFS services and advised well.
