The staff and locals are so appreciative and awesome! Their spirit and love of Yale makes it. Pleasurable go to in New Haven! FYI-the clearance is not cheaper than the men’s upstairs. If your an avid sports workout female, you know men’s sports section is the best. The men’s small and medium is a cheaper and better fit and online shopping at Yale you will save 10-15% ordering online

You'll find a great selection of Hawks gear here! Some people complain about how expensive the merchandise is, but they fail to realize that nothing these days is cheap. You weren't forced to buy that hoodie.

Student staff are friendly, the rest are rude and unhelpful. University book stores are always expensive but this one is astronomical.

I took my daughter, an incoming Freshman, to the U of H Bookstore today to buy her a sweatshirt. Our bookstore experience was very pleasant. I was very surprised, however, when I returned to my car to find a $100 fine for parking in a VISITOR PARKING SPOT!!! Mind you, there were PLENTY of open parking spots all over the campus, and to be courteous, I chose not to park in them. I realize they are for students who pay to park on campus. U of H penalized me for doing the right thing. It makes me wonder about the experience my daughter will receive there over the next four years. Now you've been warned.

This place is a real rip-off. They charge much more than they need to in order to squeeze every last penny from the students.They charge more for a bottled soda than ANY of the on-campus vending machines (not that they're a bargain either at $1.75 for a small drink).

Sold me a USB-C cable that did not work even once, the bookstore refused to refund or exchange for it. I understand the policy on returns for electronics, but students should be able to trust the campus bookstore to sell functional products, and, should the product be faulty, I expect better than a shrug and being told "too bad". Will not buy from here again.
