Primary care at this location is unhelpful, inconsiderate and shows zero concern for their patients. Will make you wait months for an appointment and then cancel at the last minute.

Made a blood draw appointment that appeared confirmed up in MyChart app....showed up and the blood draw station is closed, as indicated by a white piece of printer paper stuck to the elevator buttons. Don't let people make an online appointment for a place that isn't open....

This is one of the worst Dr. Offices in the Hartford area. Very dismissive and make you wait until you’re in the worst case scenario before giving slightest amount of medical attention. Staff is very unprofessional and speak horribly about patients behind their backs.
