“I called on a Friday morning looking to book an appt to get all new brakes on my ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek (I drive for work) the following week or week after. John, the owner, had time to get me in that day and within an hour my car was on the lift.
He called a bit later to explain the estimate (which was much lower than the dealership where I usually get service done (I know…)). I gave the go-ahead and the car was back to me by late afternoon.
John and his staff took the time to explain every aspect of what they had done, to an extent that was beyond what I had received from other shops but explained in a way I could understand.
About 500 miles after the service, the brakes have settled in and the car feels so much safer and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Country Auto Care, and I will be bringing my car there for service from now on. Brilliant shop!”

“So at 211,000 I finally had to replace my clutch on my 2013 Honda Civic SI. Looking for a place that won't break the bank so much. You know it's an expensive job. The transmission Works did it right ,did it well, Was done within two days. Instead of waiting 3 weeks for appointments with places that are more expensive within Bristol area. Now the clutch feels like I have a new car again. Not complaining. Highly recommended!”

“Had an oil change at Midas. They said I had oil in my coolant. Took it to Subaru dealer, they said it was a head gasket and would be $5000+. I took it to Route 44 Tire on a recommendation. They said it would be under $2000. But when they did diagnostic it was something really simple. A $100 part and with labor the total bill was about $200. They could have done the head gasket and charged me $2000. But were honest and only replaced what was needed. And I will be sending a letter to Subaru's corporate office.”

Fantastic experience, it was late and almost 5pm, they were about to close but I need a pre-inspection done on a car I was about to buy. I was able to reschedule to the next day, but even before I left the lot that night, they pointed an issue with the vehicle. When I go to get the car inspected, they noticed so many issues, and helped me avoid excessive costs and repairs I would have done as a buyer. I walked away from the deal confident with my decision. They even recommended me to a fantastic extended warranty as a mechanic. I only wish I lived closer I would use them all the time.”
