I want to give Carlos Rodriguez the recognition he deserves for his assistance on Friday, 8 November 2024. Carlos was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase like I get from most salesman, and he was patient when I needed a restroom break. My wife and I are planning on returning again to make our final decision on our purchase. Thank you for your invaluable help Carlos!

Our salesperson Karin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient in answering all of our questions, and clearly knew all the details regarding the products. She was very pleasant and responsive, and was a pleasure to work with. We had a few questions after we got home and she made herself immediately available to assist us. We would highly recommend her for any one looking to purchase a mattress and foundation.
