It doesn’t matter if you’ve been waiting longer, the staff will pick and choose who they want to attend to first.The tellers were wonderful though.

Don’t bother with this branch. Go to the one on south main instead. Tried closing an account in person and found out a month later they just withdrew the money but never closed it so I still got charged maintenance fees. Tried calling to correct the issue and never was able to get in contact with someone. Called the south Main Street branch instead and they handled everything in minutes.

The least helpful staff ever. The branch manager does not follow up when she says she will. I took my money out and went right next door to Bank of America.

I always leave the Bishops Corner TD Bank branch thoroughly unimpressed and avoid it even though it is the closest branch to my house. Their employees really need more training on sending wire transfers. Two employees could not figure out the wire instructions for a domestic wire. I went to a different TD branch and it was handled quickly without issue. This branch previously would not accept a Canadian check I wanted to deposit. I took it to another branch and had no issues. On another occasion they said it would take 7 business days for a USD check for under $5k to clear and deposit in my account.

Just signed up for an account with this bank not even 2 months ago. All the sudden my card starts to decline and I’m unable to access my money and my account online-therefore I go into the bank to ask what’s going on, the lady looks at me and says she doesn’t know what’s going on but it could be froze bc of multiple things then continues to take my debit card and shred it because she can’t let me keep it. She lets me know she’s getting ahold of marketing and is going to “call me later” so I wait all day and no call so I go back in and talk to her and she said that marketing chose to close my account and is deciding if the money in my account is “actually mine” newsflash the money is mine and it’s the only money I have. So they closed the account shredded my card and I’m left with NO money and that was all the money I had. Never go here.

Tried to deposit a bank check that was written out to me and was denied. I went to another location and it was deposited no problem. People wonder why companies need diversity training and why I have not responded to attempts from their small business specialists to sell me more services. The experience between the two locations was like night and day.

On more than one occasion, when I have requested "fast cash", which is $60, the ATM here has given me a $50 bill and 2 $5 bills. What is this nonsense? $60 fast cash should be 3 $20!!! I want to go to the ATM for convenience, not to have another PIA errand to change a $50, which can be hard to do. So angry!!!

Check everything you do with these people. And then double check. I opened a small account to facilitate some international travel since my regular bank doesn't do ForEx. The branch "bait and switched" me from a low minimum ($100) no fee account to an account that charged a monthly fee. I went to transfer money to a teen's cash card and was stunned that my balance had fallen so low. I had to see the branch manager in person and was essentially told "Too bad, your fault for not catching it sooner" Terrible customer service. They essentially stole about $60 from me for no good reason other than I trusted them to enroll me in the product they said they would enroll me in.
