Target offers a variety of shopping experiences across its locations. Some stores are clean, well-organized, and not too crowded, making for a smooth pick-up or shopping trip. Staff at these stores are often friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, providing quick and easy returns and helping customers find what they need. For example, staff members have carried items from cars and helped with returns efficiently, creating a positive impression. However, some locations face challenges such as cleanliness issues, especially in the cosmetics section, which can be messy with makeup testers and nail polish on displays. Additionally, certain stores are smaller than typical Targets, with limited sections like grocery or Starbucks, making them more like neighborhood stores. These smaller stores may have low inventory and be understaffed, leading to crowded aisles and stretched employees, which can affect the shopping experience. Despite these differences, many customers appreciate the convenience, friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere of the store. Some enjoy the fun environment, especially at locations near schools, where they find what they need and have a good shopping experience.

The cleanest and most organized target I’ve ever been in. I appreciate that the nursing room was unlocked and available to use without finding an associate. The associates we interacted with were kind and helpful.

Nice but as usual only one cashier and the rest self checkout. Why can stores just hire more cashiers and workers and dependable hard working employees
