On the way in, passed by an angry pt, in waiting area another angry pt trying to reschedule appt. Set the tone, I should have just left.

Went for an annual skin check. Dr Gjede was thorough and listened to my concerns. Gave me recommendations for products to alleviate my skin concerns along with samples to try. Very patient and excellent experience!

Ive never seen Dr Gjede longer than 5 minutes . Scheduled rechecks book out as far as 18 months . It’s not like she remembers me when I come in . She’s professional with little emotion but she gets the job done . The front desk was very nice .
