TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Emma does not know how to speak with customers and kept threatening me to get off her chair after she dropped her hot hairdryer on me TWICE, used someone’s old hair brush with hair tangled in it, and when I tried to get up she pushed me down on the chair and said “no I have already done half your hair.” Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend her to anyone.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Emma is highly unprofessional and apparently asking to use heat protectant is an unreasonable customer request. She hung up on me when I told her I want a refund and could not give examples of what my so called “unreasonable requests” are. Save your money and do not go here as her reputation with salons nearby are also bad. Shame on the business owner.

Marybeth literally tried to rip a snarl out of my long hair. Then she cut off more than I asked and chuckled it off as she told me. Definitely not pleased as a woman who loves her hair ? .
