“After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !”
“I went sometime in the last hour before close. Originally I meant to go to the USPS, but working during the hours they are open is a huge inconvenience. Bit the bullet; my sister's birthday gift was already late at this point. I searched up Fedex (I didn't want to patronize the UPS store I had most recently been to) and hopped in the car with my GPS on. The location itself was very convenient--literally on my way to the grocery store, no detours even to a side street. What really made it special? Diane, who checked me out. For someone at the end of her shift, Diane was both cheerful and super helpful. I don't ship packages often enough to have a favorite place, but I know where I'm going if I do need to.”
“Decent if you're using the self-service kiosk. There are times when it may be acting up, no physical receipt, trouble with the label scanner, but you can always have the digital copy sent to your email. Great for busy ebay and Amazon sellers.”
“Be forewarned that this is a very popular local post office and usually has long lines. I prefer this post office; however, because the staff are invariably hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. I regularly have to send packages to my daughter at her university in another country. Like my local mail mailed from this office, items mailed to this and other distant locations always arrive quickly and intact.Thank you to everyone at this location!”

Let's be honest - UPS isn't responsible for taping your boxes. We all know that. I've been coming here for years and have had nothing but friendly service.”
