Awesome staff. Knowledgeable, quick to serve, gracious, and called other stores for me to find what I needed and sent me on my way to pick up at Wethersfield store. Just came from Home Depot. Low stock, high prices, not even acknowledged by staff for 10 minutes due to a contractor and staff talking about golf and getting laid off. Ahh well, it was worth a shot.

As a painter, I visit Sherwin Williams stores often. The level of professionalism their employees exhibit is second to none. The West Hartford store is no exception, they've gone above and beyond my high expectations many times to ensure I have the coatings and other materials to complete my projects on time and to my customers satisfaction.
