My experience was simple and painless. I arrived to a waiting area with plenty of seating, as well as complimentary water and coffee. The receptionist, Justin, gave me the phone number to reach the branch directly and an accurate estimate. My windshield is better than new!

Easy to schedule online, file a claim through my insurance on the same site & tech Rafael was on time and communicative. Fixed & recalibrated my windshield under two hours. All done while I was working from home. Smooth & seamless. Great job!

Came to this Safelite to have my rear window replaced after a break in. Replacement was seamless and fast, however there was still large glass shards on the back seat and on the floor. Maybe my fault for assuming but I would've thought they'd at least clean out the glass on the seat.
