Been coming here for about a year and always have a good experience with the polite employees getting me in and out with efficiency. I like the monthly plan, it’s a great deal. There’s something nice about a carwash — It’s nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood and simpler days. I don’t know if Mr. Sparkle is a real guy but if he is I’d like to shake his hand.

Nice vacuum stations. Hoses are held by long extension arms that reach over your car for ease of use. They have self wash and drive thru options. Nice place.

...OH, JUST BY HAPPENED STANCE, I STOPPED BY ANOTHER ONE OF MR. SPARKLE'S CAR WASHING FACILITIES, TO DO SOME FOLLOW UP CAR MAINTENANCE....AND ONCE AGAIN, I OBSERVED ANOTHER GROUP OF HARDWORKING MR. SPARKLE'S STAFF GOING ABOUT THEIR PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, IN KEEPING THIS PARTICULARLY BUSY FACILITY LOCATION, JUST SO CLEAN AND TIDY FOR ITS MANY CAR WASHING CUSTOMER!...THUS, I REITERATE, JUST UTMOST KUDOS, TO MR. SPARKLE'S HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT FOR HIRING SUCH WELL-MANNERED AND HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES!!!P.S.: ADDRESSING THIS TO THE MR. I’m not gonna lie the car wash is amazing but I feel as if you waste your money because they’re never open early or late they used to open up at seven and Close at seven now they open past eight and close at six I’ve been paying $35 for two months I have yet to wash my car this is been a big waste of money I am going back to my old car wash this is a waste

Keith went out of his way to be helpful today at their 48 Park Road location. Thomas, the manager, is fantastic too. I have used their limitless car wash option for over a year - totally worth it, especially with mud season approaching. They also do awesome detailing. Every team member there is a professional and so welcoming.

My car was still dirty after I exited their car wash. The trunk had smears and wheels we very dirty. The car wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Their response was you only paid $10. Thank you, this will be the last time I come here. Rated it 3-stars because my car is lowered and it didn't bottom out, otherwise horrible customer service. Four employees just stood around and blew me off. Go somewhere else.

I signed up for the unlimited wash program about a month ago. I thought that would be a good idea since I drive a lot for work and my car gets dusty. I noticed a big scratch on the left side of my car a few weeks ago.. kept wondering where it came from since I’m the only one who drives it.And today after washing for the 3rd time I noticed, even more scratches on the right side, mirrors and hood. I’m super upset. I have a beautiful red car that I’m very careful about, that’s why I signed up for the membership.. now it’s scratched.

watch out!!!!can scratch your rims!owner won’t do anything as there is a disclosure… somewhere… statingthat you use auto wash at your own risk!!!ok so I had inexpensive covers on my tires and the bottom rail tore into 2 of them and completely ripped one off and destroyed it.that being saidMy sons car had rims.went through the auto wash.His rims were scratched by this location.my advise is only use the self service wash and vacuum area.I won’t do this as I could never reach owner and he never reached out to me
