I called Kip(owner),soon I arrived on their lot my truck had their attention.They found the issue, order parts and I was on my way out in couple of hours instead waiting for hours in lane to get into TA shop or even worse.....freightliner dealer.

Kip always fixes my Freightliner. He is always willing to answer my phone for anything I have to ask him and he gets his hands on the truck as soon as I arrive at the shop.Fast, yes.Professionals, yes.Expensive, too.But they are the best.Thanks guys!!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! I'm an owner operator and I came in with a bad Turbo. They got me right in And the mechanic stayed past closing to finish the job. They had my Turbo replaced, and back on the road same day. I think I came in there around 11am they close at 3:30pm. I highly recommend these guys!!!

I get a call from one of my Drivers and the owner cursing, constantly treating humans like that. As an associate of many Trucking companies and i even referred this place. Careful who you get loud and threaten now a days. We are very powerful within our own Castle yet leaving and Becoming public, sometimes the world will treat you like youve treated others...Shame on you and your Loud mouth company..Box trucks only.. then advertise it

Great shop! Kip is one of the nicest, most genuine guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His crew are also absolutely fantastic people. I bought a 29 seat bus and these folks checked her out, did the inspections and changed a bad vacuum pump that had the bus limping. Our bus will always be serviced here!

They were great. My Dad was in West Haven VA Hospital and it was a cold winter day when my 2003 Ford excursion Diesle had a bad fuel leak. Me being a mechanic my self but with no time to repair, knew it was not a easy fix. I explained I needed the truck to get my mother back and forth to hospital the same morning I brought the truck in 3 hours later I received a phone call letting me know the truck was repaired and ready to go. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks to you I was able to be by my Dads bed side while he was getting over a massive heart attack called a widow Maker. Thank you guys.
