Just switched my personal and business banking to NBT Bank and couldn't be happier! The manager Victor and his team are incredibly personable and treat you like family. They solve problems quickly and always get back to me the same day. After feeling overlooked at a big bank, this change is refreshing. Highly recommend this branch if you're considering a switch!

As a Salisbury bank customer, their acquisition and our account mergers were managed pretty poorly. I had no clear information or correspondence from NBT on how to find my account information, what my login is or how to access my funds.Doesn't make me want to be a customer
